Go to
http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/asp.net/aa336619.aspx
download it, install it 
and restart ur visual studio, now u can see “applicationName_deploy” after right click on the applciation/project for deployement.
Get this “.exe” file in form of “.doc” here … webdeploymentsetup.doc
